Valortiva Warranty Policy

At Valortiva, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This warranty policy outlines the coverage and process for warranty claims on our products, including Octa A1 Integrated Amplifier.

Warranty Coverage

Valortiva offers a limited warranty on all products purchased directly from Valortiva or authorized retailers. This warranty is valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase and covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

What Is Covered?

- Manufacturing Defects: Defects in materials or workmanship that affect the functionality of the product.

- Component Failures: Issues with key components such as internal circuits, power supplies, or controls that impair performance.

What Is Not Covered?

- Normal Wear and Tear: Damage due to regular use, such as scratches, dents, or fading.

- Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by improper installation, use, or storage of the product.

- Unauthorized Modifications: Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.

- Accidents or Natural Disasters: Damage due to accidents, floods, or other external factors beyond our control.

Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

- Register Your Product: Ensure your product is registered through our Warranty Registration page.

- Contact Customer Support: Email support@valortiva.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.

- Provide Proof of Purchase: A copy of your purchase receipt or order confirmation is required to validate the warranty.

- Return Authorization: If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. Valortiva will cover shipping costs for validated warranty claims.

Note: Warranty claims that do not meet the above criteria or involve excluded damage may be subject to fees for repairs or shipping.

Warranty Limitations

- This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.

- Valortiva is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
